Error with membership function

Hi there, set up a page that is restricted to members only but having isues. It works when I log in but for some people they're seeing this error message:

SYNTAXERROR: UNEXPECTED TOKEN '<', "

Any chance you can have a look and find out what's happening please?

  How can I observe the problem that your users are having? If you could create a user for us, we could test this on your website.
