Form - date field - email communication

Hi, I am based in Europe where we use a day/month/year date format.

I realise that by chosing Native HTML5 option, the user of the landing page (the customer) can select an option with the format he/she is used to.

However, when the owner of the landing page (the merchant) receives the related email communication, the date format is year/month/day.  Can this be changed somehow?  it can lead to confusion, the merchant can be confused.  A booking for 1st December can be confused with 12th January

if the order year/month/day cannot be changed, is there a way to have the month indicated with letters instead of number?  for example, 2022-Jan-1 would not create issue

to clarify again, the issue is not within the landing page itself, it is with the email I receive after the form is filled

  Hi Marco,

  We apologise, but there isn't a way to specify a date in a different format. Please think about including a hidden field with the name Date Format and the field data YYYY-MM-DD. Confusion can be avoided because the date format will be included in the email message.
