Page Builder not loading

Hi,

I just installed Brizy Pro and activated it alongside the normal Brizy plug-in and now the page builder wont load. When I click "Edit with Brizy", it just spins around for eternity.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

  Hi,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Could you please send us a screenshot with the error you found? Do you have the latest Brizy Free 2.4.6 and Brizy Pro 2.4.7 updates? If you temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme, do you receive the same problem?

  Hi,

  I have Brizy 2.4.6 and Brizy Pro 2.4.7 installed. I have tried those suggestions but it is still not working. The page builder loads for draft pages but not live/published pages. Here is a screenshot:
