Refund and subscription cancellation
Hello,
I found out that I won't use Brizy Cloud as I thought I would and that's why I deactivated the option for automatic renewal and waited my license to expire.
However, I was disappointed to find out that it renewed on 16 Sep even though the autorenewal was disabled.
I'd like to close my account and ret a refund

Thank you for contacting us.
You had 2 subscriptions, the first subscription was ON -Personal Plan, and the second was OFF - Studio Plan. Also, the payment cannot be processed if the subscription is OFF. Now we have canceled the second subscription, also we have refunded the money for the last payment. Your money should return to your account in 1-3 days (depending on your bank).
