Refund and subscription cancellation

    Thank you for contacting us.

    You had 2 subscriptions, the first subscription was ON -Personal Plan, and the second was OFF - Studio Plan.  Also, the payment cannot be processed if the subscription is OFF. Now we have canceled the second subscription, also we have refunded the money for the last payment. Your money should return to your account in 1-3 days (depending on your bank).
