    Hi Johnny,

    What is the file format of your image? Try using JPG or PNG format files for best results. Use an online service like https://cloudconvert.com/ico-to-jpg to convert your file to JPG

    Thank you, it was indeed helpful. It was originally in ICO format, but I converted it to PNG format and it worked fine.

    Hello, this image is in PNG format. However, when scaled to 10% in the editor, it appears normal, but in the actual preview, it becomes distorted.

    I checked the editor view and the frontend view of your logo for your KentCraftStudio project. Both look exactly same and I could not find any difference. Can you share screenshots to demonstrate the difference?

    Because I changed it to 20%, I've now changed it to 10%.

    Hi Johnny,

    Instead of scaling down an image to 10%, it maybe better to crop it to the appropriate size and then reupload it. Kindly use a service like https://www.iloveimg.com/crop-image/crop-png

    The problem is that the original image is 75px * 9px, when I upload it, it automatically enlarges so I had to resize it

    Hi Johnny,

    The original image is square shaped with dimensions 256 px X 256 px. Kindly crop it to a rectangular shaped image and reupload.

    Sorry, you misunderstood what I meant. I wasn't referring to the logo; the issue with the logo has already been resolved. I was talking about the image attached in a previous reply. Can't you see it? I'll upload it again.

    I have changed the image size setting from 'Original' to 'Custom'. Now the image in the editor and in the frontend looks similar. Kindly check
