Hi, I've determined brizy doesnt have all the features I need so I've switched to another page builder.  I would like to request a refund for my license if possible.  Thanks!

  Can you please tell us what feature are you missing in Brizy builder? Also, the refund has been already processed. You should receive the money in 1-3 working days.
