Forms Notifications - Shortcodes in notificaitons

Hello,

I am unable to get a form working. The use case is to allow users to get a copy of their submitted form. 

I have used the comma separated method to add the shortcode the for user's email. Is this what is breaking the form? Were these shortcodes not designed to be used for notifications? See screenshot.

  Hi Pah'mboni,

  The short codes are not supported in the 'Email To' field. You can add one or more email addresses separated by commas. Please test the form after removing the shortcode from the 'Email To' field.

  Please also check the SPAM folder for the email notification. It may take 5-10 minutes for the email to be delivered
