brizy pop up form reloads

in the main header click on button "Get a free consult" to open pop up form.

it drop down then disappears and keeps doing that until you click on it.

 

everything up to date newest version of brizy Wordpress brizy - dont have many plugin installed.

  The form does not seem to disappear at my end. How do I see the issue you are facing?

  It's happening on iPhone and iPad and desktop safari browser , it pop ups disappears and then starts doing that over and over until the form is clicked. 

  Doesnt happen on Firefox. wondering if it might have to do with using php 8.0 maybe I should downgrade and test?

  Hi Edgar,

  Brizy does not have an incompatibility with PHP 8.0. Since the issue happens only with Safari browser it is unlikely to be PHP related.

  Something in the popup design may have a compatibility issue with the Safari browser. Have you added an entrance animation or another effect to the form in the popup? If you have, please try removing it and see if that helps.

  hi KC, the pop up did have an entrance bounce, once removed its working fine. Thank you for the tip!
