Name.com asks for a SSL certificate signing request

I need SSL for a website hosted on brizy cloud

The domain should be:

https://powershift.me/

This domaing and DNS is on name.com. Name.com asks for a SSL certificate signing request. I haven't being able to generate one from brizy, although I see a lot of questions in these forums.

It doesn't have to be the name.com one, if brizy would generate one that would be fine. Whatever is less hasle. I want to simply get the site up and running ASAP.

What would you suggest I do?

  Hi,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  In order that the SSL should be generated, you should have the DNS setting from the project set correctly. I have checked your project and the CNAME is not set up correctly. Could you please, check this article and follow all these steps to set up the  CNAME? After this, all the records in the project settings should bee green, this is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly.

  Then, please log in to Brizy Cloud Dashboard and please delete your Custom Domain and add it again and wait for half an hour for your SSL to be restored. See please here.
