Global (Sicky) Header is not displayed

Hi,
On a client website the header is not displayed anymore (not even on the startpage where I inserted it). Before the maintenance it was working fine. I checked if the header is set to global and at conditions the pages set to "all". I also disabled the header and re-eabled it and republished the site => without success.

The website is: https://real-martinez.psites.ch/de/

What could be the problem?

  You have enabled the multi-language option - https://jumpshare.com/v/E4lKMioKA6NPaqBdpww6 ; but without specifying the language. Please, select all language for which this block should appear.
