    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I have installed the Highend theme and everything is working well in my project, no error occurred.

    Could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.4.5 and Brizy Pro 2.4.6?

    Could you please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free, and Brizy Pro) and check if the problem still occurs? To identify which plugin is faulty, reactivate them one by one until the error reoccurs.

    Hello Thank you for responding so quickly. I updated the Brizy plugin(s). All other plugins were deactivated. The message is still the same --- critical error. It seems that the Brizy plugin(s) must be the faulty ones??? I cannot test each plugin if I cannot first arrive at a functioning level to show when it malfunctions. Do you have any suggestions?     I've worked all morning with my JustHost/BlueHost folks. We've narrowed down the issue---it's with Brizy Pro. Brizy standard works fine. BrizyPro is broken. I'm using the most updated version.
