My website is not displaying online. There is only a white page!

What have you done to my website? I ended my subscription to Brizy, but I have paid up until June 2023 and my website should be active until then.

So?!

  Thank you for contacting us.

  If you have a white page in the preview, then this issue occurs if you did not publish the page from here. Please click on Publish page - then please Update and Prewiu the page. Let us know if all is working fine. Thank you.

  Hi Nelea,

  Your instructions don't work.

  The attached screenshot shows there is no option to publish - only an option to update. Updating is not bringing back my website online, which last week was working just fine and was available online.

  Looks to me that a breach of contract is taking place.

  I have seen the URL you have shared above from your Brizy Cloud editor. Please share the URL a website visitor would type to see your webpage. I would like to check the white page you are seeing

  I just checked your website, everything is working well, please see this video.  Can you please clear your browser cache and check if everything is working at your end?  P.S. please do not reply to the notification email noreply@rizy.zendesk.com. The email will be received as spam and they will not be posted here.
