How to put rows inside a column?

Hmmm, I was pretty sure I was previously able to add 2 or 3 rows inside a column, but now it seems it does not work.

I have 3 columns evenly across the page in footer. In the right-side column I need to put sponsors with their logo and some text wrapped around the logo. I am trying to create 2 rows, the top one having 2 columns and bottom one having one column.

Is it possible to add rows inside columns?

Trying to duplicate existing WP page as in attached screen shot.

  Yes, it is possible to add rows inside the column. You can duplicate one column from the footer,  add the row element then add the image for the logo, please see this video.
