Brizy Builder stuck at loading

the builder is stuck at loading, we can't edit the website using it.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.4.5 and Brizy Pro 2.4.6? Could you please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free, Brizy Pro ) and activate a WP default theme? Can you please send a screenshot with the issue that you have encountered?

  Yes, Im using, Brizy free 2.4.5 and Brizy Pro 2.4.6. and all the external plugins are deactivated. currently using wp default theme twenty twenty. the builder is stuck in loading screen.
