Getting the "page needs a refresh" when trying to use embed or video

Hello im using the latest versions and have had no issues for a year but now this. I recently started using Wordfence so not sure if its something they have done with security settings and iframes or what.

I Tried disabling wordfence and all other plugins but no dice....

  Hi Julius,

  This normally happens when a software system in your hosting server environment interferes with your Embed code. To fix this problem, please sign in to your hosting account and check if any of the following is enabled

  1. Security system
  2. Firewal
  3. Malware Protection
  4. DDOS 

  Disable these systems one by one and see if you are able to embed code or video. Once you finish the embed, you can enable it again.
