Error when I update a template

Hello, im gettin this error "This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser."

 

I have a template for posts and now I try to update the design but no change can be made. I receive the prev mentionate message.

Can you help me to fix this? It is kinda urgently.

PS: I had some problems before and i gave you the credentials and you solved.
