Billing Problem
I have the Brizy PRO Studio Plan that will renew today Sept.14, 2022, I already set auto-pay in Paypal but have not been deduced yet. but in my dashboard, this shows me I need an upgrade so why. I think the payment is done automatically in Paypal or do my own how?
Paypal Active payment not dedicated yet or I don't get any message for error payment or payment not done type message or mail from Paypal.
So why do I see this message on my dashboard?
When I have access the payment should be done automatically my access not stop.

Can you please check the CC that you have added for the payment? Perhaps there is not enough money on the CC. Also, can you please delete your CC and insert it again?

Solved This is due to PayPal not working I don't know why but I use my credit card to done that payment. Thanks
