Hello support team,

 

Please  I will like to cancel my auto renewal for Brizy PRO Studio. May I know how to do that? Thanks.

  Hi Christian,

  We can cancel the auto-renewal if you decide, but I wonder if is something we can do for you to stay with us? Could you please tell us why you want to cancel the plan, and what you didn't like about Brizy?

  Thank for your assistance. Nothing wrong with Brizy. I just didn't have the opportunity to use it for projects.
