    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    We checked your site and found that you didn't set up the CNAME correctly. Could you please, check this article and follow all these steps to set up the CANEM? Then please check if the records in the project settings are green. This is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly.

    Also,  please check if you set up the AAAA record. If you have set up it, please delete it.

    Then please delete your custom domain and add it again and wait for half an hour and see the SSL issue gets resolved.
