Adding special form

I have an application form built in WP Forms.  I want to use it in my Brizy website template.  The only form I see is the Contact form.  Is there a way to insert a WP Form?  The form has special fields.   Also, the form allows the person to click to pay for fees associated with the application process.   So the use of links to PayPal is needed.

  Hi Kathy,

  Yes; you can add a WP Form to your Brizy page. In your WordPress Dashboard under WP Forms - All Forms, please copy the shortcode of the application form you have created.

  

  In the Brizy page where you would like to add the application form, open the elements panel on the left sidebar and drag and drop the shortcode element

   

  Paste the shorcode in the shortcode element and save your work.
