keep getting this warning with my footer contact form

  Hi Duane,

  Please open the form in the Brizy editor and click on the highlighted field.

  

  In the screen that opens up, please check if you see a field by the name 'Max' and a value of 14 against it. Please delete 14 and save your work by clicking on Update and check if you see the error message
