If I cancel Brizy builder subscription, what happens to the pages I've build using it? Can my subscription be reactivated but using a new payment card?
Hello,
as per the subject of my post, I have two questions:
First: what will happen to the pages I've built with Brizy if I cancel the subscription? Will visitors be able to see them? Or, can I still change small details in them?
Second: I was automatically charged for a new year of subscription, but I am just in process of closing my business in the UK and I'm not supposed to record any spending on my UK company card. I could not find any way to change the subscription to my new company in Germany, so I had to cancel it, though I did not want. I had the Brizy PRO personal. Is that still possible to do somehow? To move that subscription cost on a different card and new business details, in Germany?

The site will work well until the next update, it depends on what changes will be added in the new update. If the changes are major, some problems may appear on your site.
If you want to change the credit card payment you will need to go to your Account, click on Payment and scroll down until you will see Update. Please click on Update and change the credit card.

Thank you for your answer. I have tried that already, but I get this error message. I tried it both from the subscription that I have just cancelled and also from the one from last year... :(Please help!

Hi,
We have checked your account, you have canceled the subscription and we also refunded the money for the plan. Now you cannot activate the subscription after the refund was processed. You can only purchase a new plan.
