Multiple Domains to my Brizy Pro account

Hi,

My account in brizy used to have multiple domains. Now, I can't add another project with another domain. 

I understand that you have made changes to your pricing plans. However, as stated on your website.

What's staying the same

  • All current Brizy PRO customers that have an active subscription will continue to have access to the same features from that subscription as long as they stay subscribed.

I'm expecting the same feature(ability to attach custom domains). I've been a customer since 2021.

Is there any way to resolve this?

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    You have purchased  Brizy Personal Plan. This plan included 3 custom domains. You have already published 3 domains, please see this screenshot. If you want to publish more domains then you need to upgrade your Personal Plan to Freelancer Plan.

    Hi Nelea, We’ve published more than 3 domains before. Here’s a screenshot. https://jmp.sh/rE3E8JJ We also used to host dashocontent.com before but we decided to move it to another hosting facility. I don’t think our plan used to be limited to 3 custom domains. Ian  SPAM"

    Hi  Ian,

    The  Brizy Personal Plan that you have purchased has only 3 domains and unlimited subdomains. 

    The issue is that your account duplicated your plan and you had 6 domains, but according to the rules you need to have only 3. This was an issue on our part. We will reset your account and you will have only 3 domains.

    These are the domains that you have already published :

    1. dashed.dashocontent.com","fleirecastro.com","dashcon2022.dashocontent.com","dashocontent.com","growlibro.com","contentdash.app

    The domain. is  -  .....dashocontent.com/  -

    These are the subdomains :

    https://dashcon2022.dashocontent.com/

    https://dashed.dashocontent.com/

    You can publish unlimited sub-domains, but you have included in your plan only 3 domains. 

    So,  if you need to have more domains then you need to upgrade the plan.

    I appreciate your response and it now gave me some clarity.
     
    However, I’m stuck with adding a subdomain to a new Project.

    Hi Nelea,

    We decided to get the one time payment for WP plugin.

    Four days is too long to get this resolved. I'm happy with the tool, but not how the pricing changes.

    I can't even add subdomains with Brizy Pro Personal. I have 3 domains and 2 subdomains (with a different domain).

    You keep on insisting that my account is limited to 3 domains when in fact, I have more.

    I'm not happy with how my concern is taken care of. Good thing, my team loves the tool.

    Hi,

    I'm sorry for this but the last replay was on Friday evening. The team responsible for Brizy's plans doesn't work on the weekend.  I see now that you have purchased only a plan for Worpress, so we cannot check the issue you had on Friday. 

    You keep on insisting that my account is limited to 3 domains when in fact, I have more. -  in our system, we have only the Personal Plan. Perhaps you had other plans from a different account?
