Blocks moving on their own

I don't know how this is STILL a bug since I see open tickets from 2+ years with this same issue.

Blocks keep on rearranging themselves on pages. I am about to freaking delete brizy and just find a builder that actually works because this has become such an issue.

I'll go check on landing pages that we're spending money to send people to and Brizy will have my footer at the top of the page for no reason.

FIX THIS!!
