How to change the plan from freelancer monthly to lifetime

I can not change the plan , I try to find the plan menu for changing but nothing shows on the account menu.

  Hi,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  You can upgrade your plan to another plan. For this, you have to enter in your Brizy Account and go to Account -> Payments. You can find the "Upgrade Subscription" button. Click on upgrade and choose the plant that you need. On the upgrade, you will pay only the difference.

  Hi,

  We can process the refund for the Freelancer Plan and you can purchase a new Brizy Plan. Should I process the refund?

  Hi,

  No, your work will not disappear but you will have only the free options in your account. If you have added some pro elements to your website then they will not appear.  You can purchase first the new plan that you want from your account, then we can refund the Freelancer plan, in this way no issue will appear.

  Here you can find the link. The refund has been already processed.   I can, therefore, confirm that you will receive the refund within 1-3 working days  (depending on your bank).

  Im confusing , If i place order then i have 2 plans ??? is it separate to each other or they use same project together?

  They use the same project together. If you want to have every plan in a different account then you should buy the plan with different emails.
