    On this email ri.....p@gmail.com  you have only one account.  Please tell us which is the 2nd email from the 2nd account. Please give us both order IDs that you received from Paddle.
    For which account/order id  we should process the refund ?Above you only gave us an email from one account, and we don't know which is your second account.

    When I tried renewing my account I was charged twice for the same account. I got paddle bill for one card. But didn't receive any email or bill for the second card. But it is charged.

    Please write to our processor payment Paddle at this email: help@paddle.com. Please also sent this information:  order number, date of transaction, and the 4 credit card last digits.
