cannot display woocommerce product gallery images and other info on the brizy editor
Hi,
In your YouTube video on how to add Woocommerce elements into the brizy editor, the images from the product gallery and other product info such as price, excerpt should display live as you drag those elements into your Brizy editor but for some reason, they don't for me(see attached).
I enabled product and gallery for Brizy editing in the settings and created a product template for 'all product categories'. Is there anything else I should check out to ensure that those elements display while working on the editor?

Hi Yungjoo,
Yes; you are right; you do see a sample product preview in the Brizy editor while developing the Woocommerce single product template.
The preview may be missing due to an incompatibility issue. Can you do few compatibility checks?
- Are you using WordPress 5.9 or above? https://jmp.sh/iqlQrFw
- Are you using PHP 7.4 or above https://jmp.sh/XrkFgLV
- Are you using a theme compatible with Brizy? Twenty Twenty One and these themes work well with Brizy https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners. Please change to one of these themes if you are not using it already

Hi KC,
Yes to both 1,2 above. For 3, I use SelectTheme's Stockholm for my theme and this is not in the list. :(
Understanding this is a compatibility issue, I'm wondering whether you still could display the single product page using the template, which I will create while making it in the dark. Or, even this is not possible? For instance, I tried to preview the template while in the Brizy editor and the output was a jumble of bracketed comments and codes.

Hi Yungjoo,
Brizy relies heavily on the theme to display woocommerce related pages. Brizy has its own design only for the Shop page, Category pages and the Single product pages. For the other woocommerce pages like Cart page, Checkout page, My Account page, the design comes from the theme. You need a theme with good woocommerce support.
If you have tried to preview the template page while in the Brizy editor and the output was a jumble of bracketed comments and codes, it confirms that the theme is completely incompatible with Brizy hence unusable.
The themes mentioned in the list like Blocksy, Astra have good support for woocommerce. Brizy works well with these themes. Blocksy is the favourite among Brizy users. Two examples
