Editor Role Cant Open Brizy

When I use administrator, everything its normal

but when login with editor, I cant open brizy editor

how to resolve it?

  Hi Willy,

  When attempting to open a page in the Brizy editor, it shows a 503 Service Unavailable error in the browser console. Please have a look at this screenshot https://jmp.sh/mEWK5iO

  The HTTP 503 Service Unavailable error indicates that the server is not ready to handle the request. Can you please present this issue before your hosting provider and see what advice they have for you? You could say something like this.

  "I receive a 503 Service Unavailable error when trying to open a page in a page builder when logged in using WordPress Editor role? Would you know why I receive this error?"

  like I said, its normal when you're an administrator role

  is it possible my site shows error just because Im login with a different role?

  fyi, I sent your suggestion to my hosting too.

  Hi Willy,

  I have not come across a scenario where the server is unavailable based on user role. Since the issue is about the server availability, it is best for the hosting company to look into it. We don't have much expertise on this.

  I think you're right , 

  they fix it for me, even I dunno what they did 😅. Still confuse why a role can affect like this
