    Please also share your Brizy and Brizy Pro version numbers.

    Hi Georg, yes - everything done. We now changed to another lifetime license, but still the same problem. We made copies of the websites in other subdomains with no success. The first website in this multisite works perfect. Do you want a login? Thanks for your support.

    Hi Carl,

    I am able to access your Network Admin and the main website dashboard. However, I am unable to access the Dashboard of your member sites. Please watch this video for the what happens when I try to access member site dashboards. https://jmp.sh/CCkw4lR

    Brizy Pro activation issue happens with the member sites (and not with the main site). I could not see the issue yet. 

    How do I get access to the member site dashboards? Access to neu.museum-sissach.ch and and test.bg-sissach.ch would be good.

    I have two questions. 

    1. Did you migrate your WordPress multisite from another host?
    2. If you setup a new member site (and not make a copy), does Brizy work well in the new site? (I tried adding a site, but that had some errors). Can you please try this and check?

    @1: No, the MS was set up there originally. But i imported a complete Wordpress boilerplate including brizy. I already did similar operations from and to other MS installs, never hat a problem with brizy licence.

    @2: I just added the (empty) testsite, it works 4 now like the other sites did in the beginning. Please find the login link in your mailbox.

    Hi Karl,

    Importing a WordPress boilerplate is like a website migration? We have come across many cases where we see this error on a WordPress Dashboard immediately after a migration. This does not happen on every migration though. Since you do not have this error on the new site, it might have come after the migration.

    I have made a private ticket. Our developers normally fix this error. Please make a list of websites for our developers; they need to go to each website and fix this. You can do this once you receive an email from support@brizy.io This email will go Reto.

    Hi KC, unfortunately with the third website in this multisite installation the problems are back again. The Pro Licence get lost from one moment to the other on all websites simultaneously. On the page with my WP Licences it shows the activation to the domain multisite installation and one domain of the three websites. We tried to set a new licence key without any success. What can we do? Brizy Pro is up to date.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Please try to uninstall both Brizy and Brizy Pro from your Network Admin Dashboard and download and install the most recent versions.

    This example was from a multisite with white label enabled, but this approach should also work in your case.
