Brizy dropdown not formatting

So I created a dropdown in the main menu, however my styling changes are not saving for external visitors. (It looks right when I'm logged in.)

Secondly, is there a way to reduce the width of the dropdown?

  Can you please share a URL so that we can check?

  We are sorry, the width of the drop down menu is set automatically. There is no provision to reduce it. If you make it a mega menu, you have the option to reduce the width to 35%. To use this option, 'Our Story' and 'Our Team' needs to be part of a separate menu. Here is the procedure to create a mega menu. https://youtu.be/qY7xjLbyr2I?t=252

  HI Paul,

  This indicates that your users are seeing a cached version of your page whereas you are seeing the most updated version of the page. To resolve this issue,

  1. If you are using a caching plugin, please purge all cache from the plugin
  2. Please login to your hosting account and check if any server caching is enabled on your account. This could include Memcached, Varnish Cache, Object Cache, Dynamic cache etc. Please purge all server lever cache.

  Still no change on this. Looks good when I design it, but the color and changes to font size don't make it to the front end. (My hosting account doesn't have any caching beyond the litespeed caching through my wordpress backend. I've purged that many times.) Any ideas?

  Hi Paul,

  Please share the screenshots from the front end and the Brizy editor with your hosting provider so they can determine why the two screenshots disagree. It's possible that there is server-level caching that you are not aware of? Hosting support should be able to fix this for you in a minute.

  I spoke to the hosting provider and they said there is nothing caching on the server side. So confused.
