site broken for non-logged in users

Hello, my site layout at https://www.toolshedexchange.org appears completely broken as of latest update. Oddly, it looks normal for logged-in users, and the admin area is accessible. Any thoughts on what might have caused this? Thanks in advance.

  Hi Timothy,

  Can you please deactivate WP Optimize and any caching service enabled on your hosting account with GoDaddy and check if it makes a difference?

  Thanks. I think it was Super Page Cache for Cloudflare. Deactivated now.
