"SUBMIT MESSAGE" does not work...

Please open your homepage in Brizy editor and click on the 'SUBMIT MESSAGE' button and then on the plug icon.

Please let us know which of the three options below are you using to send out Email Notification from your form.

If you have enabled 2-step Verification in your Google account, you need an 'App password' to send out emails through Gmail SMTP server. To verify if you have enabled this option, please go to https://myaccount.google.com/, select 'Security' tab on the left sidebar and on the right hand side pane, under the heading "Signing in to Google' please check if 2-step Verification is enabled.
If it is enabled, please follow the procedure in this video to generate 'App Password'. https://jmp.sh/kbnlXwh and paste the App Password in Password field. https://jmp.sh/jzHp7Y3
Please also follow these best practices to ensure that your form email does not get rejected by Mail servers
- Give a subject: Please do not leave the subject blank. Please provide a meaningful subject for your form email. You can set your subject as : Contact Form
- Give a 'From Email': If you provide a random From Email, the Email Notification can be suspected as spoof my Mail Servers. Specify a 'From Email' with the same domain as your website. For example, your 'From Email' can be Form@zki-design.com or Contact@zki-design.com etc.
- Give a From Name: Please also provide a meaningful From Name: You can think of Contact, Contact Form etc.
When you are testing your form, please check your SPAM folder for the Email Notification.

This error indicates that a software in your hosting server environment is interfering with Brizy development. Please sign into your hosting account with GMO Internet and check if any server side software is enabled on your account. If you find any of these, please deactivate it temporarily and see if this error goes away

- Firewall
- DDOS

You can disable it temporarily during Brizy development and enable it back when you are done with the updates.
