Global header and footer

Hello KC! I hope you had a good weekend!

I am having trouble setting up global headers and footers. I have the display conditions as shown in the images below. 

But for each page I built, I had to put them there again because they weren't showing automatically.

The thing is, I have some pages (such as the legal pages and in the future, a knowledge base page) that are created by plugins and so I am not editing them with Brizy. Setting the header display conditions to show on "pages" > "all" is not doing anything.

Could you please help me understand what's happening?

  Hi Sofia,

  If the display conditions are set correctly, global header and footer should show up on all pages developed using Brizy. However on pages that are not developed using Brizy, obviously Brizy header and footer will not showup. On a specific page, if it does not show up, please check if it uses Brizy Page Template. 

  Please consider these approaches to overcome this issue.

  1. Recreate Legal pages in Brizy: Browse one of the legal pages generated by the plugin, copy its content, add a new page, edit it with Brizy and paste the legal content in the page. Then delete the original page generated by the plugin (or disable it in the plugin)
  2. Replicate the header and footer design in Blocksy: Since the knowledgebase pages will not be developed in Brizy, you may want to recreate your header and footer design using the Blocksy header builder and footer builder.
