Some Upsale images broken

Hello George, 

Sorry to bother you again, but I did search the forum for broken image solutions, but nothing is applicable to my problem. 

I have a product page, which uses Brizy template on WP. For some reason 2 out of 4 upsale suggestions images come up as broken... What is strange that:

- two same size images of are showing fine

- Shortpixel shows that these images are not optimised or CDN

- all images show up when testing on WP without Brizy.

  Hi Tomas,

  Please have a look at how the URL https://itismadeineurope.com/product/dummy-page-copy/ renders at my end. https://jmp.sh/4XCDEp6  As you can see, none of the four images are visible at my end.

  I did some checks at this page. You have unusual image paths. Please watch this video for my test  https://jmp.sh/pHnQmuW

  To fix the issue, please try deleting the Product Featured Images from the Products tab in your WordPress Dashboard and upload new featured images. Please ensure that the new images you upload have a different image name. If the image you previously uploaded was external-lights.jpg, please upload the new file with the name  external-lights1.jpg

  Hello George, 

  Thanks for looking into this - I really appreciate your help.

   

  Observations:

  - your observations about the image path are spot on - I have never seen anything like this before

  - interestingly, the page it leads to comes up as a WP design, not Brizy, for some reason too

  - and that page does not contain any of the images that I have on the sauna shop page

  Actions:

  - I followed your advice and renamed and re-uploaded all featured images on Sauna products

  - cleared cache on the server (cloudways) 

  - cleared cache on the browser 

  Outcome - the same problem, unfortunately. 

   

  Follow-up action:

  - I disabled Short Pixel Image Optimiser and Short Pixel Adaptive Images 

  - cleared cache on server and browser 

  Outcome - the same problem persists.

  After you have re-uploaded the featured images the page https://itismadeineurope.com/product/dummy-page-copy/ shows all Upsell images. Please have a look at the screenshot of how the page appears in preview at my end. https://jmp.sh/P0dNzu1
