Difficulty publishing a site and poor support
I've been trying to publish a two page web site all week. Yes, from Monday all the way through to today. I think I should have just written the html myself and ftp'd it onto the hosting :-)
I used Brizy to create the pages and then used sync to publish, but it didn't work. There were various issues, so I gave up and decided to do it with the domain publishing. I changed the cname, etc, at the hosts, and that all went fine. Refreshed things at Brizy and it showed the details had updated correctly. Cool.
But that was on Wednesday, and the site is still not available.
Now I am getting a message saying "The site can't provide a secure connection"
I have tried to reach support, but they take days to reply and the last message I got, over 24 hours ago, pretty much just said 'Try show a bit of patience'. Wow! Surely 5 days is enough patience.
I totally understand there can be technical glitches. These things happen. But in such instances it is always best to keep people posted on what's happening.
Instead, I am getting emails trying sell me on additional products, and messages from Dimi talking about amazing upcoming updates. but still, after FIVE WHOLE DAYS - A COMPLETE WORKING WEEK - I am still unable to let people visit this two page web site.
If anyone has any ideas as to what to do, or can let me know how to get Brizy support to respond, that would be awesome.
Thanks!

Thanks for your reply. It is 14questions.com
I am getting pretty desperate now and looking around at other tools as I can't keep on like this. My anxiety is through the roof :-(

Hi Paul,
A DNS Lookup of your domain shows 2 A Records and a AAAA Record associated with your domain. https://jmp.sh/RPUb31K
Please login to your domain registrar account with http://www.realtimeregister.com and delete these two records
- A Record: 185.224.137.117
- AAAA Record: 2a02:4780:8:247:0:2d02:eb59:2
Once you delete the above records, login to Brizy Cloud Dashboard and please delete your Custom Domain and add it again and wait for half an hour for your SSL to be restored.

Hi KC, Thank you so much for being responsive. I've really struggled with this and got nowhere. I have immediately made the two deletions you suggested, and have also deleted and re-added the domain to Brizy. Do you think it will now work?

Hi Paul,
I just checked your website and I see that SSL is working: View the screenshot.
P.S. please do not reply to the notification email noreply@rizy.zendesk.com. The email will be received as spam and they will not be posted here.
Best regards, Nelea.
