url shows wrong in latin

I use Vietnamese, permalink is often lost a part for the words "ó ò é è ....".

"công hoà dí à ---> cng-ho-d"

I need: "công hoà dí à ---> cong-hoa-di-a"

  Hi Vantrinh

  Brizy Cloud does not support diacritic marks/accent marks /glyphs in permalinks. At the moment only English permalinks are supported.
