    Thank you for contacting us.

    In Brizy builder there is no unauthorized charge, if you cancel your subscription then you will not be charged next month.

    In your case, the problem is that you had 2 separate subscriptions, for the first one the renewal was OFF (date 02/25/21), and for the second the renewal was ON. You can see this information here.

    So, you did cancel the subscription for the first plan. Then you bought another plan and you did not cancel the subscription for the new plan. You need to cancel the subscription for each separate plan.

    At the moment, we canceled the subscription for the second plan. Also, we have processed the refund for this payment  #28365284-28583305.   I can, therefore, confirm that you will receive the refund within 1-3 working days.
