    Hi Michael,

We are sorry for this trouble. Thank you for all the details you have included. Can I ask you few more questions?

    1. What is the error message you receive when trying to update Brizy?
    2. If you deactivate and delete both Brizy and Brizy Pro and install Brizy from the WordPress plugin repository, download the latest Brizy Pro from your https://brizy.io account and upload it, would it work?
    3. Have you migrated your website from another host recently?

We may need access to your WordPress Dashboard to investigate this further.
