Brizy has stopped recognizing my pro plan and has removed elements from my website

Elements on one of my websites have been replaced with a notification to "get a pro plan." But I'm already a lifetime Brizy pro member. So how do I fix this?

Please advise.

  Hi 

  Unfortunately, this problem was on our end. At the moment this issue has been fixed in your dashboard, now everything should work fine. For the LTD users we have  added another additional month. Also, in a few days you'll receive an email from us with information on how to extend this plan. We sorry for the inconvenience that we have created.
