Cannot activate WaaS license in WPmultisite

    Hi Victor,

    Thank you for contacting us.

      You have 3 Brizy plans :
     1. WaaS - this plan has already expired 
     2. LTD
     3. Agency WP

    You have these 3 plans in one Brizy account. If you need it, we can transfer each plan to different account, 
    you just have to tell us in which specific account/email.

    Brizy account has nothing to do with the hosting of your sites. You chose the hosting for your sites, we do not have access to your hosting and we cannot make any changes to your hosting.

    Yeah, sorry; I meant to use my agency LTD with the multisite, I see the product listed in my active subscription but when generating license and place it in the main domain, does not apply to the others domains in the multisite, instead appears a message: Brizy Pro: Empty License Key Submitted and cannot access pro features

    Can you do few compatibility checks?

    1. Are you using WordPress 5.9 or above? https://jmp.sh/iqlQrFw
    2. Are you using PHP 7.4 or above https://jmp.sh/XrkFgLV
    3. Which theme is active in the Network Admin? Twenty Twenty One and these themes work well with Brizy https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners
    4. Do you have a plugin which is incompatible with Brizy? If none of the above helps, please deactivate one plugin at a time and check if the problem persists.

    Did you happen to migrate WordPress Multisite from one host to another recently?

    Hi George, thanks for the reply,

    1. I have WP 6.0

    2. I'm using php 7.4 version

    3. I have several themes active in the network which I use in the different subsites, but mostly using blocksy

    4. Non of the plugins was incompatible, the only one I installed was Prime Mover to move the domains from another host

    5.The thing is I migrated not the multisite enviroment, but the main domain of a previous multisite in another host to an existing one with prime mover plug in; you think that has somethin to do?
