This page needs a refresh

Trying to publish a few pages for my website and keep getting the this page needs a refresh. You've probably updated this page in a different tab or browser. I've closed all browsers, restarted computer, ect, and still cant get it to work. Very frustrating since I am in a time crunch. Any help would be appreciated.
