My two year Brizy Cloud Studio subscription expires on August 31, 2022, what do I do?

Since my Brizy Cloud Studio subscription expires on August 31, 2022, will I have the option for unlimited Brizy sites at the $99/year price? I don't want to lose the sites I already created on external domains.

  Hi Carlos,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  With Brizy Clous Studio you had 2 years of unlimited hosted domains. After the Studio plan expires, you cannot extend this plan anymore, because this plan no longer exists from last year. After this plan expires you need to purchase another Brizy plan to host your sites or you can host your plans on external domains. Also, with the Brizy Lifetime plan, you have unlimited access to Brizy Cloud.

  Hi Nelea,

  LTD expires today and seems I am locked out from pro features available on cloud too...take a look at the screenshot below. Why would this be the case?

  Hi,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Do you have this issue in all the projects or in a certain one? Are you the owner of the project or not? Also, perhaps you work in the FREE account? Also, can you please check in MY account if the payment for your plan was processed, perhaps there is an issue with the CC?

  I have the same issue. I have a LTD plan. As of today, the Pro elements in Brizy Cloud are no longer available for use in new projects or in existing projects. I am logged in to my LTD account and am the owner.

  Hi All,

  Unfortunately, this problem was on our end. At the moment this issue has been fixed in your dashboard, now everything should work fine. For the LTD users we have  added another additional month. Also, in a few days you'll receive an email from us with information on how to extend this plan. We sorry for the inconvenience that we have created.

  Hi Nelea,

   

  Looks like the issue persists whereby all pro elements are locked. Also, there is no option to download a site to html and publishing to a free subdomain doesn't work..
