Issue with theme

When I'm trying to upload html code for a contact form, I get the error messages shown in the screenshot. 

Please advise.

  Hi Anna,

  This normally happens when a security/malware protection/ DDOS system on your server suspects the embed code as a threat and blocks it. To fix the issue, login to your hosting account, check if you/ hosting company has enabled any security/ malware protection/ DDOS system on your account. Please turn it off temporarily, add the contact form to your page and turn it on again.

  Thanks. I checked with my hosting server, and they said they don't do that. I've seen on online forums that others have also had similar issues with this a few years back: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/360070978091-This-page-needs-a-refresh-You-ve-probably-updated-this-page-or-another-page-in-a-different-tab-or-browser- Could you suggest something else please? SPAM"
