Website won't load on any browser

I keep getting this message when I try to load my website on any browser:

 

This site can’t provide a secure connection

agenci.com.au sent an invalid response.

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

 

Is this to do with Brizy cloud setting or issue or where my domain is registered? I used to have some DNS settings applied to my website and wondered if this could be causing an issue with any Google updates?

 

The site used to load fine.

Any help would be approciated.

  Hi Bryan,

  Please check the Proxy status of your A Record and the CNAME in Cloudflare DNS. If Proxy is enabled, please disable it.

   

  Once you disable proxy for your A Record and CNAME record, please delete your custom domain in Brizy Cloud and add it again and wait for half an hour. This should restore your SSL certificate.

  Sorry, where will I find this? My domain is with Crazy Domains and their layout is very different

  Hi Bryn,

  Even though your domain is registered with Crazy Domains, it is using the Cloudflare Name Servers. Therefore the A Record and CNAME records added to Cloudflare DNS matters. https://jmp.sh/FZ88BrF

  

  Did you try adding Cloudflare CDN to your website? If you did, as part of the process, Cloudflare copies the DNS records associated with your domain and adds it to their Name Server and also points your domain to their Name Servers.

  Brizy Cloud websites are served through Bunny CDN Network. Adding another CDN is not useful. Feel free to remove your website from Cloudflare if you like to. If you would like to keep the Cloudflare CDN, please login to your Cloudflare Dashboard at https://www.cloudflare.com/ and select your project agenci.com.au. Select DNS from the left sidebar and disable DNS proxy for your A Record and CNAME Record. https://jmp.sh/wRZ4mrB

  If you would like to discontinue using Cloudflare, login to Crazy Domains and delete the Cloudflare Name Servers and add their Name Servers.  You can find more information about Crazy Domains Name Servers here https://www.crazydomains.com.au/help/what-name-server-should-i-use/
