    Hi Sarah,

    We are sorry that you had to struggle to make the menu work on your website. If you are in the first one month of an annual plan, you are eligible for a refund. We would be happy to refund if you need it.

    I would like to help you fix the menu issue. If you add me as a Team Member, I can create an initial design for your menu which you can further customize.
