Publishing domian not working

Hi Brizy Team, I have tried multiple times to publish a custom domain (newgenhc.com.au) without success. I have changed CName and A record both at the hosting service provider (crazydomains.com.au), but the updated Brizy CName and A record are not showing up on Brizy Cloud.

I have done the same publishing with another domain (iloveneutra.com) with the same hosting service provider without issue, but it isn't working this time for newgenhc.com.au. Pleases check and advice. Thanks

  Hi K L Chai,

  The A Record and the CNAME records you have added to your domain does not seem to have taken effect. When I do a DNS lookup, it does not show the IP Address: 34.237.47.210. Instead it shows a different IP address. Please do a DNS look up for your domain at https://dnschecker.org/all-dns-records-of-domain.php 

  

  The URL http://www.newgenhc.com.au/ opens up a WordPress website at the moment

  

  Please take the help of https://www.crazydomains.com.au/ to find out why the DNS records you are adding are not taking effect.

  The A Record and CNAME Record have been fixed, but I'm still unable to connect the site and it is showing this message: Error code: SSL_ERROR_INTERNAL_ERROR_ALERT.

  I have attached a screen captured of the DNS set uo for reference.

  Hi,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  If the DNS settings are green-this is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly, can you please try this? Delete your custom domain and add it again and wait for half an hour and see the SSL issue gets resolved.
