Contact form

Created a contact form with Brizy pro - wordpress plugin.  Name/email/ and msg fields

Configured send button to Wordpress emails, and using my website admin email address to send to.

On submit the form is captured in the Brizy leads, but emails never arrive.

Tried several other email addresses to send to as well - same results.

  Hi Terry,

  Can please try these

  1. Please ensure that the Subject field is is not left blank. Provide a meaningful subject
  2. Please use a 'From Email' with the domain of your website. (This helps avoid the email getting rejected suspecting it as a spoof) If your website is something.com, then your 'From Email' can be form@something.com. Please do not use a shortcode here
  3. Please do not leave the 'From Name' blank. Give a meaningful From Name.
  4. Send one more test email and check the SPAM folder for the form email notification.

   If these steps did not help, please let us know. You may need to consider the other Email Notification options.
