Website Preview not working (Cloud)

When I click the preview button a new tab opens and doesn't load anything, it just looks permanently gray.

I've already cleared the cache. What could be going on ? The project in question is called Housekeeping Academy.

  Could you please, check if the page of this project isn't saved in the Draft? If you have a blank page in the preview, then the page is not published.  Please Publish the page, click on the Update, and then on the Preview.
