Contact form reply to client email not working

Hi Support,

Its seems the contact form is not working so I can reply directly back to a clients email address. Is this ever going to be fixed?

    In my test the Reply To feature appears working. Can you share more details. What is not working at your end? Can you share some screenshots? We will help you fix the issue

    Hi KC George,

    It appears that the reply function does not always work see attached. Maybe it is something I have overlooked...thx for your help

    Hi Zane,

    You seem to using the Gmail option for sending out Email Notifications. Gmail now requires users to setup an App Password to send out emails. In the Password field, instead of your Gmail password, please provide the 'App Password'. Please follow the procedure in this video to generate your Google App Password. https://jmp.sh/kbnlXwh

    Mail Servers can suspect an Email Notification sent out from a form as spoof and reject it. To avoid being rejected by Mail Servers, please also use a 'From Mail' with the same URL of your website. For example you can use a 'From Email' like to contact@clearbayautoglass.com (assuming your form is at https://clearbayautoglass.com/)

    Hello KC George,

    Can you resend me this video the link expired or was deleted. I am just now ready to use this video instruction. Some my clients very are hard to get in touch with so I can send second verification step. I don't remember all of the steps so I really need to video.
