brizy cloud: Project not configured

I created a new project in Brizy cloud and followed all the guidelines. I am ongoing getting the message in my browser: "Project not configured". What could be the case?

  Hi Matien,

  Can you please send us a screenshot of this message? What were you doing when you saw this error?

  • Did you click on 'Edit Project' in Brizy Cloud Dashboard when this happened?   https://jmp.sh/3Bvyfpu
  • Or did this happen when you were trying to save your work by clicking on Update? 

  

  •  Or were you doing something else?

  It appeared a few times after another. After completely emtiing the browser cache it says  now: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

  The site is configured for SSL by my provider. The address in the browser address bar says: https://www.matien.app/

  Hi Matien,

  I see two A Records associated with your domain. Can you please login to your domain account with www.realtimeregister.com and delete the A Record with the IP: 37.46.140.12?

  

  Once you delete the A Record. please also delete your custom domain and add it again to restore your SSL certificate.
